But we can glory in that thinking we are okay, we need to strive to make progress in becoming more like Christ. A lot of Christian work in the world is clouds without rain; having a form of Godliness but without power. You see, people can organise music concerts and get thousands of people to come, but there will be no true outpouring of the Spirit because its all done in the flesh. I want you to discern your spiritual condition and see if you are truly growing. Do you still have malice, hypocrisy, speaking evil about others, guile or envying? This is a scan for your spirituality. The x-ray shows that you are in a bad condition, and you have need for milk. I find out that these listed sins are mostly committed by church people. They are the biggest hypocrites, preaching what is not true in their own lives, gossiping about brother so and so, envying someone that God has blessed etc. They still attend the meetings, sing in the choir, have a good tithe history but they are not healthy spiritually.  I was a hypocrite just like 99.9% of believers today. I have been running on a difficult path, I almost fell off the cliff, but I have kept running and I think that's the point. If your path is full of cherries, watermelon and cheese, then you are still in the Olympics; you have not even started running. I hope what I'm about to say will encourage those who are patiently running to finish. If you fall a million times, and yet persevere to finish, I can guarantee you that you will see Jesus. This is for someone who has fallen a million times. I don't know if anyone here has fallen that much, maybe that's me. And I answered, O Lord God , thou knowest. Ezekiel 37:1‭-‬3 KJV* Can these bones live again? You have to be sincere that your life is full of dried bones, then there is hope for you. God loves sincere people. The Pharisees said "We are okay", that's why Jesus couldn't do anything for them. But a sincere publican said "Be merciful unto me the sinner." Every work of the flesh in your life is a picture of dried bones, but when the Lord fills you with the Spirit they will become fruits of the Spirit. When you tell people about the coming tribulation, it sounds like Marvel science fiction. The world loves her comfort, nobody likes to be told the whole truth; even so called Christians like to be in a church where half the truth is taught. But woe to them that are at ease in Zion. Wednesday, 29 Jan 2020 What Is The Goal?  *Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, Philippians 3:8 KJV* Billy Graham once said "It is very difficult for me to convince young people that life is short." Many people have not seen the goal of the Christian life because they are consumed by ambitions, earthly fancies, the idea of longlife etc. Methuselah lived to be 969 but he never said "I have finished my course." Because you can be on the wrong course for a million years. Paul said "My goal is to win Christ, and because of that goal I have lost everything." When I look into Christendom for whom the Bible was written to, I'm shocked because I do not see the pursuit of this goal.  We rather have a fine life now than pursue some endless goal for Christ. We rather enjoy the transient passions...
