PORT HARCOURT IS ON THE RUN RIGHT NOW AS OBIGBO IS RAGING IN ANTIPROTEST MOBBING By Joseph Bourdilon Oyigbo is a town 30 kilometers from the port city of Port Harcourt and a local government area of Rivers State, Nigeria.
